Active distribution materials for heic-to 1.5.2 delivered by this site.

The current application imports and lazy-loads the heic-to decoder when a user
starts conversion. The archive copies are provided for source and license
obligations; the heic-to npm archive includes generated files. SHA-256
identifies each exact downloaded file.

Availability policy: keep these materials publicly downloadable while the
corresponding object code remains available and for as long afterward as
required by the applicable licenses.

identify upstream versions but do not assert bit-for-bit libheif reproduction.
