Choose HEIC photos and download JPG copies

JPG is selected already. Add a quality or size limit only when you need one.

When a JPG copy helps

Use this when a destination rejects HEIC, needs a conventional photo attachment, or cannot open an iPhone image. The converter creates a separate JPG download and leaves the source file unchanged.

Changing a filename from .heic to .jpg does not convert the image. A supported HEIC or HEIF file must be decoded and re-encoded first.

Keep the original for editing

The JPG output is a new lossy rendition, not an archival replacement for the HEIC or HEIF original. Keep the original if its metadata or format-specific features matter. Some HEIC and HEIF variants cannot be decoded and will show a clear error.

If an upload has a pixel or file-size limit, open the optional controls. Dimensions fit inside the limits without enlarging the photo, and the result reports the actual output size.
