Choose JPG files and download WebP copies
WebP is selected already. Adjust quality or set a size target when the destination has a limit.
Use WebP where the destination supports it
This task makes a new WebP file from a JPG or JPEG. It can suit a web publishing workflow, but check that the site, CMS, or app accepts WebP before replacing the original asset.
The converter uses a lossy WebP encode. It does not promise that the output is smaller than every JPG or that it will look identical at every quality setting.
Verify the output that matters
Set an optional maximum size when you have a byte limit. At fixed dimensions, the converter tests the actual encoded WebP and reports whether the target was met. If the target cannot be reached at the minimum quality, reduce dimensions and reconvert.
Maximum width and height fit the image inside both limits without cropping or upscaling it. The original JPG remains unchanged.
