A standing meeting, across seasons
Recurring meeting DST checker
Keep a weekly meeting at the host's local time and see which dates change for everyone else. JavaScript is required to calculate your schedule in this browser.
Make sense of a changing schedule
A meeting can stay at 09:00 for the host while moving an hour for a teammate. This checker follows the host's weekly local time, then calculates each participant's dates, UTC offsets and working-hours fit for every occurrence in your range.
What needs attention?
Local time changed means the meeting starts or ends at a different local weekday or time than the preceding resolved occurrence. Offset changed means the difference from UTC changed; the meeting's local time might still be the same. Outside working hours means at least part of the meeting misses that participant's selected window.
The schedule includes the full elapsed duration, even when clocks change during the meeting. For overnight windows such as 22:00?06:00, the after-midnight hours belong to the weekday on which that shift started.
What if the host's time does not exist, or happens twice?
A forward clock change can skip the selected local time. That date stays in the report as unresolved so you can arrange a different time. A backward change can repeat the same local time: choose its earlier or later occurrence explicitly and inspect the resulting schedule.
This checker does not change anyone's calendar. Calendar services can apply different recurrence rules, so review the affected dates with participants before updating invitations.
What is included when I share?
The share link contains the settings shown in the form, including participant labels, zones and working windows. CSV and copied reports include those settings and the calculated occurrences, including unresolved dates. Recipients may calculate different results if their browser's time-zone data differs.
Calculations use your browser's time-zone data. Working windows are your preferences; holidays, leave and actual calendar availability are not checked. No calendar account or invitation is connected.
